After Sabrina Röbbel completed her double master's degree at Ramkhamhaeng University (Bangkok, Thailand) and at University of Applied Sciences RheinMain (Wiesbaden, Germany) in the beginning of 2017, she started working at Commerzbank. Since then she has been working in the team of Cultural Change (division of Digital Transformation & Strategy), which was founded in 2017 as part of Commerzbank Strategy 4.0. The team supports the digital transformation of the Commerzbank on the cultural level towards a digital mindset for the staff. This also includes the qualification and empowerment of agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach). Sabrina Röbbel coordinated the Scrum Master program and iteratively developed it further together with the consultancy borisgloger. Since then 250 Scrum Masters have been trained in 13 waves.
