Philipp Schwoerer is a Senior Manager with 15 years of experience in International Development. He currently heads a unit within the digital transformation division of GIZ GmbH, a german public enterprise that provides tailor-made, cost-efficient and effective services for sustainable development for the German government, European, and global clients. Until recently, he developed the digital governance portfolio of GIZ in Tunisia. He has graduated in Public Management at Potsdam University and holds a Postgraduate Certificate on International Development from Humboldt University Berlin.
