I am responsible for the buildup and management of a new business field for BSH, including global P&L responsibility. The Bosch Cookit is a kitchen machine with cooking function that offers a connected Cooking experience supported by an open digital ecosystem (e.g., Home Connect, Alexa, Fitbit).
We are seeking new ways in terms of Go-To-Market, building up an innovative Consumer Experience Journey that has a strong digital focus and is addressing the specific consumer needs. The ambition is to reach a significant market share in a > 1 billion EUR market.
In previous roles, I gained experience and developed my leadership skills in various environments as Head of Marketing for the brand NEFF, leading the Inhouse Consulting for Marketing and Sales at BSH, and as Project Manager at McKinsey & Company with a focus on Consumer goods companies.
I wrote my PhD thesis in the field of decision theory investigating consumer behavior in situations of ambiguity.
