Karina has been working in the software industry for over 10 years as a business analyst and trainer for agile methods. Karina has worked and continues working in a wide variety of roles in the software development process such as Scrum Master and Product Owner. Her main focus is on the application of lean and agile methods throughout the entire software product lifecycle, and especially in requirements engineering. She is currently working in a large, international development project with a focus on digital transformation and the application of best practices for innovation and agile methods. As a trainer, she supports small and non-profit organisations on their way to modern leadership, agility and design thinking.
